香港 - 第4天











日子过得真快 . 今天是我在香港的第四天了 . 今天香港天气是19度 . 今天早上10.30AM . 约了fb的新朋友在尖沙咀MTR等 . 我们在尖沙咀MTR去到深水步吃早餐 . 维记咖啡粉面店 . 我叫的猪润米 . 港币是$23 . 我还叫了咖央西多士 . 港币是$12 . 吃完后 . 我的朋友带我去北河街走走 . 要带我去吃蛇王利 . 我说我很怕蛇 . 我就去蛇店看看 . 他还带我去了鸭寮街是香港巴刹 . 我的朋友带我去公和豆品场店 . 吃了两环豆花和三坏豆花水 . 港币是$24 . 最后朋友要去上班了 . 我一个人在深水步坐MTR去到荔景换MTR去到东涌站 . 要去大屿山时 . 很多人排队 . 我就改成去迪土尼 . 在迪土尼乐园外面拍照 . 就从迪士尼MTR转去欣澳MTR右转去荔景MTR右转去尖沙咀MTR回来 . 我走去九龙尖沙咀天星码头找家饼昌泰店 . 买了三个蛋挞 . 港币是 $15 . 可乐三灌. 港币是$15 . 我还买一个皮蛋酥 . 港币是$6 . 买完后 . 我就走回尖沙咀旅店休息 . 休息到8PM才出去 . 我右走去尖沙咀MTR坐去旺角 . 到了旺角买了十双袜子 . 港币是$100 . 还吃了三片臭豆腐 . 港币是$21 . 还有香香鸡一包 . 港币 $25 . 我走去 ( 朝流特区 )是卖买很多手表 . 衣服 . 帽子等等 . 我还去的女人街走走 . 时间已经11.30PM了 . 我就在旺角坐MTR回尖沙咀 . 回旅店收拾行李 . 明天要回新加坡了 。

香港 - 第5天



今天香港的天气20度 . 日子过得真快 . 一转眼我在香港最后一天了 . 今天有一点赖床 . 有一点舍不得的感觉 . 就象是天下没有不桑地宴席,时间已经中午12.30PM . 我在尖沙咀走去新港中心 . 突然看到新加坡的品牌( TOAST BOX ) . 我放了东西后 . 我去叫了咖哩鸡配白饭和奶茶 . 港币是$80 . 我包后 . 我就在新港中心走走 . 时间已经2PM了 . 我就走去尖沙咀旅店拿行李 . 最后 . 我在尖沙咀坐MTR到中环换香港 ( Airport Express)店去机场 . 我到了机场时间是3PM了。

"Excellent and Fabulous service"


It was time for me to make my way to HK international airport. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a big surprise. Guess what? The flight was cancelled without my knowledge, I was not informed about it. I called up the Tiger Airlines office and the customer service officer claimed that they had sent an email to inform the notice about the cancellation of flight. I feel that they should have given me a call to inform me. I bought the ticket from Chan Brothers Travel Agency, the tour agency should also be responsible enough to inform me about this matter. So who is to be responsible? I arrived at the airport at 3 pm and had to wait at the airport for another 6 hours before I can board the plane. I am very upset and disappointed with the service provided by Tiger Airlines. I definitely will pursue this matter. I have to waste 6 hours at the airport, this incident has actually disrupted my travel itinerary, I could have used the time to shop around, there are still so many places that I have not shopped yet as I did not have enough time to shop and sightseeing. I personally feel that Tiger Airlines should reflect on their service quality and attitude. I also feel that HK Tourism Board should upgrade and educate those working in the service sectors with some training as I noticed that the attitude and quality of service provided by the HongKongies are "superb" in some service sectors.
