"Excellent and Fabulous service"
It was time for me to make my way to HK international airport. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a big surprise. Guess what? The flight was cancelled without my knowledge, I was not informed about it. I called up the Tiger Airlines office and the customer service officer claimed that they had sent an email to inform the notice about the cancellation of flight. I feel that they should have given me a call to inform me. I bought the ticket from Chan Brothers Travel Agency, the tour agency should also be responsible enough to inform me about this matter. So who is to be responsible? I arrived at the airport at 3 pm and had to wait at the airport for another 6 hours before I can board the plane. I am very upset and disappointed with the service provided by Tiger Airlines. I definitely will pursue this matter. I have to waste 6 hours at the airport, this incident has actually disrupted my travel itinerary, I could have used the time to shop around, there are still so many places that I have not shopped yet as I did not have enough time to shop and sightseeing. I personally feel that Tiger Airlines should reflect on their service quality and attitude. I also feel that HK Tourism Board should upgrade and educate those working in the service sectors with some training as I noticed that the attitude and quality of service provided by the HongKongies are "superb" in some service sectors.
